This girly is named Aki. She’s an older character that I’ve been working on since the pandemic. Aki is psychic, and her story (previously called Psyche(d), but I’m changing it) is like a mix of Matilda x Akira. I’m still planning the story, but I was planning for it to take place within a totalitarian dystopian future.

It’s become a harder story to work on (all things considered), but I’m looking forward to giving it to a place where I feel like I can pitch it. Considering the influences of the story, the content will likely be more on the mature side, also more of a sci-fi horror than the traditional Junji Ito-ish horror. I’ll probably submit it to the Viz one-shot program and see where it goes.
